A Hostel worker post has become available in Camden. The project provides temporary accommodation to 18 service users between 16-19yrs. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 7 working with people with various issues issues. The potholder will be responsible for carrying out care plans, risk assessment and key working these clients. Only people with a proven track record should apply.
They must have a good housing management knowledge with an ability to deal with people who have challenging behaviour. The post involves shift work patterns working on a 7 week rolling rota inc evenings and weekends.The post is likely to go on for 1-3 months
