My client is a thriving family run packing and freight business that have been trading for over 30 years. They have provided services to virtually every manufacturing sector in UK and Europe. They provide their customers with the highest possible standards of Quality & Services and have grown to become arguably the UK’s most modern and independent packing company.

Due to further expansion we are now recruiting for an experienced account Co-Coordinator. You will become part of a small team and become a point of contact for the clients and build relationships with new clients. You will be working in a friendly office environment (This is not a call centre)

Your Duties will be:

·Timely & Proactive interaction with customers on a daily basis.
·Maintaining and building up customer relationships.
·Co-coordinating customer orders and producing relative documentation through to completion and dispatch.
·Liaising with operational support and product management
·Invoicing and Monthly reports
·General office duties.
·Any other tasks as and when required.
·Organisation of logistics.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

·Experience within administration.
·Experience within a customer service environment
·To work well as an individual but also as a team player
·High attention to detail.
·Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft programs.
·High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
·To be able to communicate via email in a professional manner
·To be able to prioritise their own workload and work well under pressure and towards deadlines.

This role is based in Irlam and to apply you must be a Full UK driving license holder and have access to your own vehicle.

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday however you must be flexible to business needs
Salary: 15,000 – 16,000 per annum
