About the role
Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Director to work with clients to maintain relationships, build new streams, develop close working relationships with key account stakeholders to promote and cement our clients position as a trusted partner to the client. Meet with clients to understand its business challenges, identify opportunities to support the client in achieving its digital marketing goals, monitor and analyse external digital marketing trends and cross-references with internal capabilities to nurture continuing consulting and technology implementation services within the client organisation. Maintain client intelligence repository and report on health status of the account. Liaise with the programme management team to ensure a healthy client relationship; Coordinate with the pre-sales team to support early-stage client engagement and the successful acquisition of client business. Be the primary contact for key client accounts, supporting the Executive Sponsors/ Principal Consultants in maintaining the client relationship. Realise account success through high client satisfaction and public references. Lead the account management team within the company including but not limited to managing, motivating and developing team to fulfill their potential and to seek and take increasing responsibility within the team. Develop and refine their client' account management model to ensure service levels consistently applied. Monitor the overall account management function and report to the board/Executive sponsors on performance. Responsible for overall billability of the account management function in line with agreed structures and manage billing performance for the teams. Work with board of directors to ensure profitability and efficiency of the company.
