They are seeking a Chief Executive to build upon the achievements of the current CEO and confidently take them to the next stage of the strategic plan.
Position: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Climping, West Sussex
Salary: Available on application
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Accountable to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive will take responsibility for successfully delivering the various services, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities to further develop the organisation’s work.
To be successful in this post, the job holder will need to draw upon their knowledge and demonstrable experience in the following areas:
Strategic management including the development and implementation of strategic plans
Business development and account management
Promoting the interests of carers and seeking opportunity to influence decision makers
Financial management and budgetary control
Effective staff management and leadership skills
Working with Boards and a wide range of stakeholders
Commitment to effective governance
Promoting equality and diversity within a workforce
The new CEO will have a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing the social care sector; excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a passion for customer service.
