Creative Services Manager £30-32k
Shapely and successful design studio is looking for a capable and charismatic Creative Services Manager who is also willing to take on some project management responsibilities.
This is an all-encompassing role which makes for a far more varied and interesting scope of work! The ideal candidate will be confident and well presented, with lots of energy and not only acutely organised themselves but able to organise everyone else too while remaining cool as a cucumber. Although this is a more inward facing role, there will be a certain amount of direct client liaison for production so you will really need to able to communicate with people from all levels.
You will be responsible for:
+ Smooth running of projects via creative team and scheduling management
+ Assistance in delivering work on time and on budget
+ Assistance in preparing and reporting for meetings and clients presentation
+ Effective project management of clients on relevant design implementation projects leading to high client satisfaction levels
+ High quality control on all implementation/production work
+ Developing relationships with client contacts, printers and production companies, inc. digital suppliers, and the management of an up to date database of contractors
+ Negotiating rates for production and implementation
+ Managing freelance staff
+ Clear filing and paperwork relating to projects
