Job description

Park Holidays UK has a collection of 25 Holiday Parks around the SouthCoast of England stretching from Devon to Suffolk.  We are looking for a Seasonal Retail Assistant to join our team at Seaview Holiday Park.

Role Spec:

* To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager or the Company
* To meet and exceed annual operating targets
* To operatea cash point and control monies and retail float
* To take payment for retail/shop lines/ goods and issue of receipts
* To monitor and manage the stock including stock rotations, ensuring lines never run low during peak trading
* To carry out regular stock takes to ensure all stock is accounted for at all times
* To monitor all date on consumed goods and ensure that there is no unnecessary wastage
* To ensure all areas are kept to a high cleanliness standard, especially where food lines are served
* To carry out checks on fridge and freezers and recording of the temperatures
* Ensure that records are kept on all delivered goods from Contractors (i.e invoices/delivery notes etc)
